With little choice after bringing shame to the kingdom she follows Jack into the “real” world. In fact Talia is a Princess with a capital P(ain) and not very happy about Jack breaking the curse. Neither of these two is particularly endearing to begin with. The story is told in alternating chapters from Jack and Talia’s point of view. ![]() Since then I have read both but I still prefer A Kiss in Time.
